Charles "Randy" Carlson

Thanks for visiting my page.  Born and raised in Cape Charles, I know the Eastern Shore and hope I can help you find that perfect home.  As far as my background and credentials, here goes...  I spent 7 years in the United States Coast Guard from 1974 to 1981. Virginia Wesleyan College under the GI Bill, B.A. in Biology. 1985.  Project Manager and Research Faculty for the Long-Term Ecological Research Program in Oyster, VA., 14 years. 1989- 2003.  Real estate license in 2003 and started working the Coldwell Banker Harbour Realty.  Several Multi-Million Dollar, Top Producer and Million Dollar Awards over the past 20 plus years.  Board of Directors, Eastern Shore Association of Realtors 2014-2015. Vice President Eastern Shore Association of Realtors 2016.  President, Eastern Shore Association of Realtors 2017.
